Regional Conferences

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

Each spring, we host a series of conferences held in a variety of locations around the US. These one- and two-day conferences provide targeted educational sessions, as well as professional networking opportunities closer to home. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Special Needs

We will do our best to accommodate persons with disabilities by ensuring access to all association-sponsored educational programs and social activities. If you require special accommodations, please contact URMIA as soon as you can. Also, please enter your needs in the appropriate box on the conference registration form.

Become a Regional Conference Host

The Professional Development Committee is also working on a long-range strategy to schedule regional locations. We move regional conferences around the country to reach out to our entire membership. If you are interested in hosting or chairing a regional conference in your area within the next three years, please contact us. This is a great opportunity to get involved, and you will have plenty of help from the Professional Development Committee and the National Office.
